I love searching for old scrapbooks and \"up-cycling\" them into something new! Cards made from the vintage scrapbooks often still have original writing, photo holders, tears and water stains on the pages, which I consider part of the character of the card. The vintage scrapbooks are de-constructed, pages are cleaned, sorted, then cut and folded into a variety of card sizes. I select material for my cards, such as the bows and designs from the scraps found in these old books and\/or from other sources.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMy goal is to elevate greeting cards that we share with others, so each is a unique, one-of-a-kind card, made in Arkansas. Many can be framed and kept as a memory or decoration for years to come!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNote on the cards: Many cards are made from old scrapbooks dating to the 1930s-1960s. The pages may not be in the best condition, such as tears or staining. These are kept and considered part of the character and appeal of the card.
